1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, the form asks for:

• Your full name and business email address
• Company name and country or region, if provided
• The equipment or solution you are interested in
• Required capacity, material to be processed and project requirements
• Other information you choose to include in your message

Your name, email address, project requirements and privacy acknowledgment are required to submit the form. The other business and project fields are optional. There is no separate phone-number field; please share only the details needed for your inquiry.

The form also records the source page URL, product or solution context and your privacy acknowledgment. The source URL retains only recognized product, equipment, subject and campaign parameters; other query parameters and the page fragment are removed by the website code. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, identity documents, payment details, another person's unnecessary personal information or confidential project documents. The form does not accept file uploads.

Netlify's hosting, access protection, spam filtering and request controls may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request details and submission timestamps. A hidden field helps detect automated submissions; it is not an additional field for a person's contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Inquiry information is used to:

• Respond to product inquiries and quotation requests
• Provide equipment information and discuss technical requirements
• Communicate about potential business cooperation
• Understand which equipment or website page an inquiry concerns
• Prevent spam, repeated submissions and misuse
• Handle applicable legal obligations

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing subscription. We do not use inquiry details for advertising profiles or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Spam filtering may automatically reject or flag a submission.

Grounds for processing

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, necessary steps you request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract with you, can support handling an inquiry when you personally are the prospective or actual contracting party. This does not automatically cover an employee contacting us for their employer.

For business contact correspondence and website security, the intended legitimate interests are responding to requests directed to us, maintaining the relevant business relationship and protecting the website against misuse. Such processing must be necessary and must not override your interests or fundamental rights. You may object as explained below. Any reliance on a legal obligation must relate to a specific obligation that actually applies.

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, that consent must be obtained before that activity. The form's privacy acknowledgment records that the notice has been read; it is not marketing consent and is not a substitute for any separate consent required for an international disclosure. Withdrawing consent, where processing relies on it, does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The inquiry form uses browser session storage to remember a short submission cooldown and help prevent duplicate inquiries. This storage records a time value, not the contents of your inquiry.

Hosting and restricted-access services may use cookies or similar technologies for their operation. You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings; blocking them may affect access or form functionality.

The website code does not currently include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers or embedded third-party media. Fonts are served from the website. This statement concerns our website code, not every service used by the hosting provider or its account dashboard.

We have not implemented a non-essential-cookie consent platform. If non-essential tracking is introduced, the necessary notice and consent controls must be in place before it is enabled.

4. Information Sharing

Netlify provides website hosting and Netlify Forms processes and stores inquiry submissions. Netlify documents the use of Akismet for form spam filtering and other service providers for infrastructure and message delivery. These are part of the service chain, rather than manufacturers receiving a sales lead.

Configured inquiry notifications deliver copies of submission details to our Gmail mailbox. Google's email service therefore also processes those copies. Deleting a Netlify record does not automatically delete the Gmail copy, or vice versa.

Information about these providers is available in Netlify's privacy notice, Netlify's Trust Center and Google's privacy notice. Their public notices do not, by themselves, establish which data-processing contract or transfer arrangement applies to our account.

We do not forward inquiries to manufacturers or technical partners.

Inquiry information is intended for authorized people handling your request or privacy rights. It may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law. We do not sell inquiries or personal information to third parties. Public website source code does not contain customer submissions.

5. International Data Processing

Our operating company is in China, where inquiries may be accessed and handled. Netlify and Google use international service infrastructure, including processing in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country or region. We do not claim that all inquiry information stays in the EU, the UK or China.

The route from your browser to the form provider, access by our company in China and onward processing by service providers are separate activities. Their legal requirements depend on the applicable law and the actual arrangement.

This notice does not itself create a data-processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision or another international-transfer safeguard. Any required transfer arrangement, assessment, notice or separate consent must be established before the relevant processing. Contact the privacy email above for information about an arrangement that actually applies to your information.

6. Data Retention

We do not apply one automatic deletion deadline to every inquiry. We review whether identifiable inquiry information is still needed at least every six months. The review interval is not a minimum retention period or permission to retain information that is no longer needed.

Relevant criteria include an active quotation or project discussion, an ongoing business relationship, a specific legal retention requirement, or a documented need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Age of a record or the possibility of future marketing alone is not sufficient. Where different material in one inquiry has different retention needs, only the necessary information is retained.

We delete or anonymize information that no longer has a lawful business or legal purpose, and act on valid deletion requests without waiting for the next six-month review. A closed or abandoned inquiry without another documented reason for retention is not kept indefinitely.

Reviews and deletion actions are recorded internally. The manual process covers Netlify Forms records, Gmail notifications and replies, and any authorized working copies or exports. Provider-controlled logs and backups follow the provider's applicable arrangements; we do not promise immediate erasure of every backup or permanent storage.

7. Data Security

The website uses HTTPS, client and server validation, a hidden anti-spam field, request-size controls and submission rate limits to help protect inquiries. The website's form handler does not intentionally log inquiry message bodies.

These measures do not guarantee complete security. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please share only the information needed for your inquiry.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights have conditions and exceptions under applicable law.

Email the privacy address below, preferably from the email address used for the inquiry. Describe the request and relevant inquiry so that we can locate it. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity; please do not send an identity document unless a specific, necessary and secure method has first been agreed.

We aim to respond promptly and within the time required by applicable law. Where EU or UK rules require a response within one month, that period applies, with only any extension allowed by those rules and an explanation to you. A valid deletion request does not wait for our periodic retention review. If we cannot comply, we explain the reason and any available route to challenge the decision.

You may complain to the competent authority, including the relevant Chinese personal-information protection authority, an EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), as applicable. You do not have to contact us before raising a complaint with an authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website, business practices or applicable requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
